Zermatt is home

My name is Shaun Noonan, I am a husband and father and a pastry chef by trade and passion.
I have been a cook, waiter, barman, dishwasher, mountain bike guide and mechanic, ski rental worker and sporting goods sales person, I've even worked as a tour guide on whale watching boats and spent my fair share of time on building sites. Most of these jobs I have been able to practice in Zematt (the whale watching up here isn't very good though I'll admit). Now due to Health concerns I can no longer keep the pace in the demanding kitchen environment so I'm once again taking on a new challenge, Recruitement.


I have been blessed with the chance to raise my family in this amazing village and being able to offer a wealth of life experiences and lessons to my two boys, both of which, like so many children up here, are smart, healthy and fit.

I would love to be a factor in helping a new generation of future Zermatt kids to know these same luxuries.
